On the merchant's current WordPress hosting page, WPX shows a Starter plan at $17.99 monthly and an effective $11.99/month on the displayed five-year prepayment. The same page shows Business at an effective $19.99/month and Professional at $39.99/month on that long-term presentation.
The important takeaway is not the discount percentage. It is that the billing term changes the economics dramatically.
